Body Fit Training (BFT) is a group-based strength and conditioning fitness program founded in 2017. It delivers 50-minute, science-backed workouts designed by elite coaches to improve performance and build strength for all fitness levels.
Workout Structure and Technology
- Class Length: 50 to 57 minutes total, featuring roughly 42 to 45 minutes of high-energy work paired with dedicated warm-ups and cool-downs.
- Progressive Programming: Workouts operate on structured 8-week cycles targeting various muscle fibers, energy systems, and movement planes.
- Heart Rate Tracking: Members use proprietary heart rate monitors to stream real-time PXI (performance times intensity) effort scores onto studio screens.
- Coaching Support: Multiple certified coaches lead each session to give participants individual attention inside a group environment.

County College of Morris (CCM) is a nationally recognized community college offering more than 100 degree, certificate and professional training programs.
